1. Tuna Tomato Pasta All ingredients that you can have as your standby emergency meal when everything else from the fridge and freezer has been used up. A cheap, but not bland, meal.

7. Cheese on Toast Perfect as a snack, you've got your basic cheese on toast...add tomato puree on the base and you have a mini pizza...feeling fancy? Add toppings such as tuna/sweetcorn/fresh peppers
